Kevin F. D'Amour is licensed to practice law in the New Jersey, U.S. Virgin Islands and New Delhi.  He maintains offices in Princeton, New Jersey, Richmond, Virginia and St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands. Formally he was a partner at Pepper Hamilton LLP. Mr. D'Amour concentrates his practice in a wide range of cross-border business transactions, including corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and tax matters, particularly off-shore tax planning, maritime and aviation matters and foreign privatization. Before joining Pepper, Mr. D'Amour was a partner with Reed Smith LLP, responsible for the growth of its international legal practice in their Princeton Office. Grodman is Licensed to practice law in New Jersey and New York.  He has private and for profit experience.  He is Of counsel to the firm and his Practice focuses on United States immigration and naturalization with focus on family based and corporate immigration.
